Live-Shaft Hold Down Rollers

BBCP’s Hold Down Roller is a live-shaft solid roller that is ideal for providing a flat and stable belt in the vicinity of secondary belt cleaners. The compact design ensures the Hold Down Roller can be installed in most locations, and the sealed bearings ensure lifelong bearing integrity.

Using a BBCP Hold Down Roller above a secondary belt cleaner will maximise the belt cleaning effort, reducing carryback, clean up and maintenance costs. BBCP Hold Down Rollers are available to suit belt widths from 600mm up to 2400mm.
