P SST Secondary Belt Cleaners

The Belle Banne® P SST (Secondary Spring Tensioner) Belt Cleaner combines a spring tensioner with a P Belt Cleaner, which has been a successful secondary cleaner for over 30 years. Teamed with a Belle Banne® primary cleaner, or by itself, it has proved effective in maintaining a clean conveyor belt across diverse applications.

Ideally positioned just back from the head pulley, the Belle Banne® P SST Belt Cleaner is compact enough to fit in most chute applications and sits close enough to the pulley to ensure the material fines are directed back into the regular material flow. Belle Banne® belt conveyor products have been successfully used in the Australian materials-handling industry since the early 1970s. Working as a holistic system, they provide optimal conveyor system performance, resulting in increased productivity and lower costs of spares and labour through reduced conveyor downtime.

COMBI-LITE^TM

Every cleaner in our P & PHS Belt Cleaner range is also available with a Combi Lite^TM pole. Utilising proprietary manufacturing techniques, Combi Lite^TM poles are produced in a way that minimises localised stresses and are up to 70% lighter than equivalent steel poles.

An additional benefit of our Combi Lite^TM pole is that it can be used on either H-LITE^TM, P-LITE^TM or PHS-LITE^TM belt cleaners, providing you with an opportunity to reduce inventory costs.
