    Conveyor Belt Cleaners

    PHS Secondary Belt Cleaners

Tackle even the most challenging conveyor cleaning needs with the BBCP PHS (P High Speed) series of secondary belt cleaners. Designed to work seamlessly with a primary belt cleaner, they are typically installed on a flat, stable section of belt near the head pulley or a flat return/hold-down roller, ensuring optimal material removal.

    Uncompromising Cleaning Performance

Each BBCP PHS cleaner features a pair of side assemblies, a sturdy pole, and a series of 150mm wide blades. These blades consist of a durable rubber cushion and a high-performance tungsten tip, engineered for effective cleaning of high-speed belts. While capable of handling reversing belt applications (such as trippers), it’s important to note they are not suitable for belts where material flows in both directions. For extremely challenging scenarios, you can install multiple PHS belt cleaners in close series.

    Tailored for Your Application

The BBCP® PHS series offers versatile solutions to meet diverse industrial demands:

      • PHS SST (Secondary Spring Tensioner) Belt Cleaner: This model incorporates a spring tensioner to extend the period between adjustments, particularly beneficial in applications experiencing high tip wear.
      • PHS SST-I (Inverted Secondary Spring Tensioner) Belt Cleaner: Ideal for situations where mounting bracket space is limited below the pole, this inverted design provides a clever solution without compromising performance.
      • PHS BT (Bolt Tension) Belt Cleaner: Offering reliable and consistent tensioning, the bolt tension model is a steadfast choice for a wide range of secondary cleaning requirements.

Revolutionary Weight Savings with Combi Lite™

Enhance your cleaning system with the Combi Lite™ pole, available across our PHS Belt Cleaner range. Utilizing proprietary manufacturing techniques, these poles are up to 60% lighter than equivalent steel poles, minimizing localized stresses and simplifying installation.

An added advantage of the Combi Lite™ pole is its compatibility with H-LITE™, P-LITE™, or PHS-LITE™ belt cleaners, offering you the flexibility to reduce inventory costs.

    Built to Last

All BBCP® PHS Belt Cleaners are available to suit belt widths ranging from 450mm to 3000mm, and you can choose between durable stainless steel or mild steel construction, ensuring the perfect fit and longevity for your specific operational environment.
