- Constant Pneumatic Tension: Profile Clean™ uses individual pneumatic rams for every tip, all linked to a single manifold pressurised to 24 psi. This ensures that as the tip wears, internal pressure automatically pushes it forward to maintain the perfect “attack angle.”
- Manifold Connection Options: The manifold can be connected via existing plant air or a long-life battery compressor, making it adaptable to any site location.
- Independent Shock-Absorbing Tips: Each tip functions as an independent shock absorber, allowing the cleaner to “float” over belt splices and surface irregularities without bouncing or losing contact.
- Automated Profile Adaptation: Profile Clean™ automatically adapts to changes in the belt pattern, providing consistent and accurate pressure even as the belt shape evolves.

Traditional cleaners are often adjusted to a specific profile during the initial installation. However, because material frequently concentrates in the middle of the conveyor, the centre of the belt often experiences heightened wear. Test #1: 9-Week Study
This test compared two identical new conveyor belts, both featuring a 24mm top cover.
- Standard Operation (No Profile Clean™): After 9 weeks, the belt cover decreased by 7.9mm.
- With Profile Clean™ Installed: Over the same 9-week period, the cover only decreased by 4.2mm.
This represents a 3.7mm reduction in wear. By preventing over-tensioning and maintaining a consistent angle, Profile Clean™ nearly halved the rate of rubber loss.
Test #2: 7-Week Study
This test focused on a belt with a thinner starting top cover of 7.2mm to observe how Profile Clean™ handles more delicate surfaces.
- Standard Operation (No Profile Clean™): Within just 7 weeks, the cover was reduced to 5.2mm—a loss of 2.0mm.
- With Profile Clean™ Installed: The cover showed a “minimal change,” ending at 7.0mm.
A loss of only 0.2mm compared to 2.0mm. This indicates that Profile Clean™ is far gentler on the belt surface while still maintaining cleaning efficiency.
