Revolutionise conveyor roller maintenance with BBCP UltraRoll™ WearAlert™. Brand new to the BBCP range, these lightweight composite rollers provide real-time, visual cues of roller wear, allowing maintenance teams to optimise maintenance planning, reduce unexpected downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.

Building upon its predecessor, our new design features a distinctive Green Virgin HDPE outer layer with a Red GFHDPE inner layer, simplifies the process of assessing roller condition, as the shell changes colour when worn. This in-turn enables proactive maintenance strategies and minimises costly equipment failures.

WearAlert™ rollers are engineered with sealed-for-life bearings and stationary full rock shields, which prevent roller damage from entrapped rocks. They are up to 60% lighter than conventional steel rollers, with the reduced rotating mass providing tangible reductions in conveyor demand power.

WearAlert™ rollers are suitable for heavy duty, high speed, corrosive and/or abrasive applications, in materials handling applications ranging from the smallest quarries up to major mining operations (iron ore, hard rock, black coal, etc..)
