Minimise water wastage, achieve optimal pressure, and reduce nozzle blockages in your water spray systems with the BBCP Water Control Manifold. These smart units are an ideal solution for combined belt cleaner and spray systems, like our P Spray Belt Cleaner, or for any stand-alone spray application.

Each manifold comes equipped with standard ½” BSPT fittings and includes:

• Main ball valve for complete supply isolation.
• Puretec filter to effectively remove impurities and prevent nozzle blockages.
• Pressure reducing valve to maintain the perfect spray volume.
• Pressure gauge for easy monitoring.
• 24V solenoid valve for precise control.

Also available as an extra add-on is a bypass valve for added flexibility.

Our Water Control Manifolds are built to handle various water sources, making it suitable for potable water, recirculated mine water, and even seawater. The design allows multiple sprays to be operated from a single manifold, streamlining your setup. The entire unit is conveniently mounted on a durable stainless steel backing plate which can then be placed in our optional heavy-duty stainless steel enclosed cabinets. They are available ex stock for quick deployment.
