Water Spray Bar

Adding a small volume of water to the belt surface prior to a belt cleaner greatly improves the belt cleaning efficiency, in a similar way that adding water to your vehicle windscreen improves the operation of the windscreen wipers. The BBCP Water Spray Bar is a simple compact design with a simple mounting bracket that allows the unit to be easily installed before a belt cleaner.

Our Water Spray Bar includes mounting brackets, the bar, brass plug, Y strainer, nozzles and a 1” valve. Reduce water wastage by combining the Water Spray Bar with a 24V solenoid operated Water Control Manifold.‎
