On The Road To Success
The first stage of a complete BBCP conveyor system has hit the road, beginning the long journey up the Hume Highway to Narrabri, NSW. 🛣️📍
Transport is a critical stage in delivering a successful project. Prior to dispatch, the system was fully pre-assembled at BBCP Melbourne to confirm fit and alignment, helping minimise installation time once it reaches site.
For this stage, the conveyor was transported across three Semi ‘B’ double trucks, carefully loaded to ensure safe and efficient delivery to site. 🚚🚚🚚
From design and manufacture through to pre-assembly and delivery, projects like this demonstrate BBCP’s ability to deliver complete conveyor solutions, carefully prepared and ready for installation.

Ploughing Through Spillage
Spillage on the return side of a conveyor belt may seem minor – until it stops your operation. 🛑
Debris trapped between the belt and pulley causes premature wear, damages lagging and leads to costly, unplanned downtime. The BBCP Belle Vee Plough solves this by deflecting debris away before it reaches the tail pulley.
