BBCP is making an impact by supporting one of the worlds largest mining companies in their quest to bring a massive Central Asian copper mine to full production. 📈
Remote sites and harsh conditions don’t leave room for error. That’s why we engineered a Heavy Duty 1800mm impact bed specifically for this application.
By using full-length rubber impact bars faced with UHMWPE low-friction wear layers and stripping away unnecessary moving parts, we’ve built a component designed to last for decades. ⏳

Our locally manufactured HDPE Conveyor and Machinery Guards protect crews from dangers such as pinch points, pulleys, rollers, and moving parts ⚠️ — and make maintenance quicker and safer too. 🔧👷
Lightweight, corrosion-proof, UV and warp resistant, these guards are very simple to install and remove. They can be fitted and taken off by one person, reducing downtime and improving safety access.
Constructed to Australian standards from recycled HDPE ♻️, they can be retrofitted or custom-designed to fit new or existing conveyors and systems.
Tested, UV-protected, and built to last — safeguarding against injury while guarding productivity. 🛡️
