Made with cutting-edge polymer technology and precision manufacturing, these composite rollers are up to 60% lighter than traditional steel rollers. This significant weight reduction leads to a noticeable decrease in the power required to operate your conveyor system.

Advanced Design and Technology

The UltraRoll™ features a glass-reinforced HDPE shell and reinforced composite bearing housings that are friction-welded in place. This welding process eliminates the risk of the housings separating due to heavy loads, moisture, or thermal expansion. The bearing housing’s unique material and geometric design also prevent damage to the conveyor belt, as they are designed to not create a sharp edge that could cut the belt if the shell were to fail.

To ensure long-term, low-maintenance performance, the UltraRoll™ is equipped with 2RS FAG greased-for-life bearings. A non-contact centrifugal seal and a stationary full rock shield protect the roller from rock entrapment and damage. The rollers are also specifically designed to dissipate heat during operation, extending their lifespan.
