HP Primary Belt Cleaners

The Belle Banne® HP Belt Cleaner is designed for use on the head pulley or discharge pulley and is suitable for applications where belt condition prohibits the use of tungsten tips. Whether it is the only cleaner in use on the conveyor, or the first cleaner in a high-performance cleaning system, the HP Belt cleaner should be your first choice.

Our HP Belt Cleaner uses a combination of components that have been the leading belt cleaning technology for more than 50 years and was developed as a primary belt cleaner suitable for demanding applications.

Available in all sizes to suit your belt width, in stainless or mild steel, and with multiple blade options.

COMBI-LITE^TM

Every cleaner in our H Belt Cleaner range is also available with a Combi Lite^TM pole. Utilising proprietary manufacturing techniques, Combi Lite^TM poles are produced in a way that minimises localised stresses and are up to 70% lighter than equivalent steel poles.

An additional benefit of our Combi Lite^TM pole is that it can be used on either H-LITE^TM, P-LITE^TM or PHS-LITE^TM belt cleaners, providing you with an opportunity to reduce inventory costs.
