HD Floating Diagonal Ploughs

For heavy applications where a diagonal plough is preferred or material needs to be cleaned to one side of the return belt, the BBCP HD Floating Diagonal Plough – PSA provides the perfect solution.

Floating on the belt under its own weight, the tapered poly blade provides optimum cleaning performance. The pin side assemblies include copper bushes that ensure the floating function is maintained throughout the life of the blade.

If materials are bouncing on the return side of your belts, you may need to include an optional stoneguard on your plough. Fitting between the poly blade and the steel frame, our stoneguard creates a raised shield that repels many of the stones and materials that would otherwise bounce over the frame and cause belt and pulley damage behind the plough.

Our stoneguards are supplied in galvanised mild steel or stainless steel options, and are available to suit BBCP Torsion Ploughs, HD Floating Diagonal Ploughs and Fixed Diagonal Ploughs.

HD Diagonal Ploughs are available to suit belt widths from 900mm to 3000mm and come standard in stainless steel.
