Chute Access and Inspection Doors Double

BBCP design and manufacture a range of chute access and inspection doors.

Designed and manufactured to Australian Standards, the doors provide a safe way of accessing plant bins, hoppers and chutes for either access, inspection or maintenance.

Our heavy duty doors have three layers of protection: inner safety rails, intermediate ‘jailbar’ or mesh door, and a lockable solid plate outer door.  Vibration of the door elements is eliminated via the design of the closures and the incorporation of durable rubber seals between each element.

The doors are installed by either bolting or welding to the existing structure and are retrofittable to existing chutes.

Standard sizes are listed below, with all other sizes being designed and manufactured on request.
