Conveyor Belt Turning Frame

BBCP’s range of belt turning frames enables a safe method of deflecting belts during belt installation, removal and belt maintenance operations.  This can allow belt handling operations to occur more safely, in more convenient locations away from the conveyor belt centreline and more quickly than via traditional methods.

Our typical range of turning frames are suited to belt widths up to 2.4 m wide and deflect the belt 90 degrees when pulling on or off a conveyor system.  Line pull capacities are up to 15 tonnes.  Our engineers can design custom units, suited to larger belt widths and alternative deflection angles on request.

All Belt Turning Frames feature:

• Forklift pockets for on-site transportation
• Modular design to achieve standard transport dimensions
• Proof load certification
