Unique Fluid Power’s patented design is a closed-loop hydraulic system that optimises the performance of our belt cleaners, minimising maintenance requirements and maximising belt cleaning efficiency over the life of the tungsten tips.

Frequent access to the scrapers for periodic adjustment and inspection is not required, making the system ideal for inaccessible belt cleaner locations (e.g.: balanced machine head chutes, conveyor shuttles).

Once installed, the ATS ensures that sites can optimise maintenance, consumable wear and system reliability of their belt cleaners.
